Nippon Terms of Service
These terms describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing the website, using the iOS app, or using Nippon’s stamp creation, collection, and sharing features.
Access and use
Nippon provides an experience for creating postage-inspired photos, tuning looks, adding seals, saving albums, and sharing content. You may use the service only for personal, lawful purposes and within the technical or community limits published by Nippon.
Account and age requirements
You are responsible for your registration information, device access, credentials, and account activity. Nippon is not for children under 13; users who have not reached the age of majority where they live should use Nippon with parent or guardian consent.
User content
You keep ownership of photos, stamps, seals, albums, and other content you create. When you upload, process, store, or share content through Nippon, you grant Nippon the rights needed to host, display, process, transmit, and operate features related to that content.
Responsibility for shared content
You must make sure you have the rights to use photos, logos, text, or other materials included in a stamp. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringes privacy, copyright, trademark, or reputation rights, or includes harassment, hate, deception, or harmful material.
Nippon intellectual property
The Nippon name, interface design, code, visuals, presets, branding, website content, and product elements belong to Nippon or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or create derivative products without written permission.
Mobile app and platform terms
Downloading or using Nippon on iOS may also be subject to Apple App Store, TestFlight, or other distribution platform terms. Your carrier or internet provider may charge data, messaging, or connectivity fees.
Third-party services
Nippon may link to or integrate with third-party services such as the App Store, TestFlight, analytics, cloud providers, social networks, or support tools. Nippon does not control and is not responsible for terms, policies, or activity outside Nippon’s service.
Prohibited conduct
You may not disrupt, scan, scrape, spam, impersonate others, bypass access limits, exploit vulnerabilities, distribute malware, use the service to stalk or harass others, or intentionally use Nippon in a way that harms users, infrastructure, or product reputation.
Payments and subscriptions
If Nippon offers paid features, pricing, term, renewal, refund, and cancellation information will be shown at purchase or in the relevant distribution platform. You are responsible for reviewing the details before confirming a transaction.
